Insured Closing Agent
In addition to proving mobility, Suburban Escrow Services, Inc. is already an insured closing agent for the majority of the lending institutions. If the lending institution involved in your transaction is not already one of our Insured Lenders, approval is easily obtained. Should you have a lender which you normally prefer to deal with which is not on our list, please notify our office and we will obtain approval.
Closing "Mobility"
Suburban Escrow Services, Inc. guarantees mobility, in order to provide better service for our clients. We will gladly go to your office to close loans. We realize how inconvenient it may be for the Realtor and their clients to come to us, so we will come to you. In addition, Suburban Escrow Services, Inc. will work with your busy schedule when setting a closing time. Our office is willing, on occasion, to schedule closing beyond our normal business hours to accommodate the Realtor and the client.
